A divorcing couple with a minor child must include a detailed parenting plan, as part of their settlement-agreement. A comprehensive plan explains how the parents will provide for the child, after separation. The plan explains where the child will live, attend school, spend holidays and school breaks (Child Custody). The plan also explains how the child’s nutrition, shelter, healthcare and education will be provided (Child Support).

The most important asset of any marriage is the children. Do not allow attorneys or judges to decide how your children will be raised.
