• All Mediation Sessions as Necessary

   Most mediated divorces are resolved in 2 or 3, three-hour sessions.

• Memorandum of Agreement

   A narrative document, written in common language, that can be immediately enforceable.

• Document Filing Service

   Step-by-step assistance with all court required filings.

• Certificate of Divorce

Completion of the mediation process and document filings will result in an official California  Certificate of Divorce.

          Does not include the court filing fee of $430.
